EBU_DVB_S2

This article, based on a presentation given at IBC-2004, gives a variety of examples ofDVB-S2 – focusing on television applications including broadcasting, contributionTV links and DSNG, and DTT signal distribution to transmitters – which illustrate theadvantages of the new system over DVB-S and, indeed, DVB-DSNG.
